I took my 2016 Traverse in because the A/C hadn't been working all summer. While I had time to bring it in I decided to get that fixed along with the knocking noise coming from my driver rear suspension. I also had TPS sensors going out for my tires and thought those should be repaired too. In the end it was a set of rear shocks, A/C recharge, 2 wheel TPS sensors, replacement pads and rotors on the front tires, an oil change, and a recall that I've been waiting for to be done on my steering wheel ...

All of the people at the dealership were very kind and helpful when I bought my new car.
The service department did a great job including extra discounts on the work. They videotaped all the work that was done and told me what was required in future visits. I would recommend the service department to other people.

Someone else took my vehicle in but the service tech , Mitch, called me when it was ready. I had a few questions which he answered, did not have to put me on hold and check with someone else. Very refreshing, especially these days.
