I brought my tire in to see what caused my flat tire only to learn when the tire exploded it bent my rim as well as a stabilizer bar. Mike in service was able to find a brand new rim for my 2014 Escape, straighten the bar, and get my car in for 4 new tires and alignment within 2 days of my flat. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to get a new rim on my older vehicle but Mike came through in a very timely manner. Great service!

My Honda car battery died unexpectedly and the services department was able to get me in same day i called. Honda estimated the cost to give me a new battery and to install it was going to be around $350 and they couldn’t get me in the day i needed. Boucher Chevrolet only charged me $150 and got me in the SAME DAY. They also treated me the nicest out of every single car place i called. Most places talked to me like i was less than and stupid whereas they treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the men there for being respectful and the cashier woman for being so kind and funny. Overall a very pleasant experience which is all too rare nowadays.

We went out to several dealers to get a quote for one of our work trucks. Mark came in with the best price and was easiest to work with. From start of conversation to truck being delivered, it was a smooth, easy transaction.

After I dropped off my 2021 Chevy Silverado for an oil change. A mechanic text me a video walk through of any issue. After telling the mechanic what repairs to do, I then waited for the reply that it was finished. For a person that has a busy schedule each week. The video was a nice feature and very thorough.
