The easiest five stars I’ve ever given! I had the pleasure of working with one of the car salespeople, Jacob Schouten, and he was AMAZING. He acknowledged my interests and concerns regarding my car selection and was very transparent with the information he gave me. When he may not have known the answer to my questions, he ALWAYS made sure to doublecheck so I never left questioning things. This made me TRUST the information he gave me even more. Not only was he transparent but he was also PATIENT, FLEXIBLE, and CONVERSATIONAL. Jacob’s sincerity made him easy to trust and he will forever be an important part of my first car purchase story. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Silverio! Everyone usually thinks buying a vehicle takes forever and is a hard process. Silver made this process so simple and easy. It went super super smooth and I was in and out without any troubles at all. He is so great at helping the customer understand every detail and very informed and knowledgeable about his vehicles. Any question you have he has an answer for. Silverio takes amazing care of his clients and overall makes the process 100/100. I would highly recommend him to anyone! In addition, regarding back to the vehicle I bought from him I had also purchased extended warranty, I was having some troubles with a different company for a claim I had filed to get something fixed on my truck. The car is in my name too. It took to long to get the car. 1:15 to 4:15. The car was not checked over. Tail light is out and now we have to take it in. Dave was good. But I could say other things but I won't. The car is nice and it drives really great.
