Duke kept us in the loop at to the needs of the vehicle, a plan to complete needed work, and a timeline that was kept by the service department

it took me 4 weeks to get one spare key made so that's terrible

This dealership is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone. They are very friendly,helpful ,quick to answer all your questions, very accommodating. This was the best experience I ever had with any dealership and in the future to buy another vehicle I would look at Frank Boucher first. What I would like is for them to throw in a TV since I chose this dealership out of three other ones ,plus I had to drive over an hour and a half to buy the vehicle. If I were to give this a rating in my choice it would be 100 meaning excellent. I think that was the cleanest dealership I have ever walked into .Thanks you everyone at Frank Boucher

Have done a decent job of trying to reduce the costs of my service. I believe they could've done more initially to be sure that emission related problems were completely resolved while it was within my 3 month/3000 warranty. Communication I've received is informative & helpful but I believe timeliness & frequency could be improved a bit.

My truck sat for the majority of a week and was never looked at. I was told they had no loaners. It was a brake issue that made noise. They said the GM said it was a characteristic of the truck like won I've never had.
