I was mislead to when I purchased my vehicle. I was told I have a 3 year warranty that covered all servicing. I was charged $100 for an oil change at my last visit and when I asked why, it turned out this “warranty” did not cover much at all.

Prompt service

Purchased a new car here in 2024. The buying experience was fine, but be aware of the bait and switch they use on you concerning warranty packages. They will offer you what they claim to be all-inclusive factory warranties, including oil changes, but will fail to mention that it does not cover much at all. I just brought my warrantied vehicle in for it's second oil change and was hit with a $100 charge for it. Will not be returning to their service center again.

Chris Maglio went above and beyond to get my car done. His Technician Sean took care of my problems so quickly and courtesy impeccable. I was an auto tech for over 24 years. I honestly didn't think I would have my car back for at least a day or 2. My car was done in 5.5 hours. It runs like new. Thank you both

I recently bought a truck from Frank Boucher Chevrolet. You won’t find better customer service at any other dealer. I drove all the way from Kentucky because of their service. Well, I wanted the truck but the experience was great. Auggie was the salesman I worked with and he worked diligently to accommodate. It’s the first vehicle I have ever purchased where the dealer filled the tank and offered to reimburse me for the spare key fob. Don’t delay, buy at Frank Boucher Chevrolet.
