Kay was a great salesman, no pressure really connects with customers. Financing dept was interesting tried to push a higher interest rate but didn’t push any of the dealer add ons. Came out with a really great deal on a truck I really like.

The car is in my name too. It took to long to get the car. 1:15 to 4:15. The car was not checked over. Tail light is out and now we have to take it in. Dave was good. But I could say other things but I won't. The car is nice and it drives really great.

The staff at Frank Boucher were wonderful. They were very accommodating , knowledgeable and not pushy at all. This is my third time getting an oil change when I have complained about the third row mats that I bought from this dealership. They will just stick it together and by the time I get home it goes sideways. Also, there was a part of the back bumper a little out, not fixed. Car wash was out as well. This is pretty disappointing.

Bo ucher did a wonderful job on my brothers car. They were prompt and very pleasant. Hopefully he doesn't have any more problems with it. The car didn't pass emissions yet even Boucher said it would. The person at emissions said it needs to be driven at least a hundred miles.

Brought my car in for routine oil change, but also had chronic problem with loss of pressure in right ftont tire. Mechanic rotated tires and while off the car took rf tire off the rim cleaned rim and checked for leaks. Put tire back on rim, rotated to new location. Tire has been retaining pressure since then. Car was ready to be picked up the same day. Service was thorough and very efficient .

Have done a decent job of trying to reduce the costs of my service. I believe they could've done more initially to be sure that emission related problems were completely resolved while it was within my 3 month/3000 warranty. Communication I've received is informative & helpful but I believe timeliness & frequency could be improved a bit.

Mike was very nice and explained what was needed to repair my vehicle. They're always respectful of you and your vehicle. The shuttle car is always appreciated. I wish all dealerships were this nice.
My truck sat for the majority of a week and was never looked at. I was told they had no loaners. It was a brake issue that made noise. They said the GM said it was a characteristic of the truck like won I've never had.
