I told the man what I knew was wrong with...
I told the man what I knew was wrong with my car. He told me they would run a diagnostic test to find out exactly what was the cause of the problem. I asked if it would tell me of any other problems and he stated that's what a diagnostic test does. I paid $110 for a diagnostics test only to be told about the problems my complaints were about. When I asked him about any other problems like leaking hoses or anything else wrong with the vehicle he stated that they really only looked at the problems I was complaining about. Here's my issue, I have a list of other minor problems (plug and gasket need to be replaced, power steering and transmission lines leaking) with my car from scrub and suds from an 19 point inspection, from when I got an oil change. Why charge me $110 for a diagnostic test if your only looking at the problems the customer is complaining about, and not the other problems that might be wrong with the vehicle.
